We may change these terms at any time by amending this page. Check it each time you use the site, as the version in force is the one published when you use it. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
3. This website is not veterinary advice
This is the most important term on this page, so please read it carefully.
The content on this site about equine and livestock health is general information about our research and our technology. It is not veterinary advice and must not be relied on as a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for professional judgement.
- Always consult a qualified veterinary surgeon about the health of any animal in your care.
- Never delay seeking veterinary attention, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here.
- If an animal is unwell or you suspect an emergency, contact your vet immediately.
- Only a veterinary surgeon registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons may diagnose disease in, or prescribe treatment for, animals in the UK.
We accept no liability for any decision taken about the care of an animal on the basis of this website.
4. Our technology is in development
AnFiTest is an early stage company. Descriptions of our diagnostic technology, its capabilities, its accuracy and its timelines describe what we are building and what we intend to achieve. They are not promises about a product available for sale today.
- Specifications, features and timelines are indicative and may change as development and validation continue.
- Any performance figures come from research and testing to date and may not reflect performance in other conditions or in a final product.
- Joining our waitlist does not create any contract, reserve any product, or entitle you to buy anything.
- Statements about the future are forward looking. They involve assumptions and risks, and actual outcomes may differ.
5. Nothing here is an offer of investment
Information on this site about our company, our funding or our progress is provided for general corporate and background purposes only.
- It is not an offer or invitation to buy or subscribe for shares or any other securities, and it is not a prospectus.
- It is not a financial promotion within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and it is not investment, tax or legal advice.
- No one should rely on it in connection with any investment decision. Any investment in AnFiTest would be made only on the basis of separate documentation provided directly to eligible investors.
- AnFiTest Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Investing in early stage companies puts your capital at risk and such shares are typically illiquid. Take independent advice before making any investment decision.

11. Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Please read both. By using this site you consent to that processing and confirm that any data you provide is accurate.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales.
