Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
In short
This website sets no cookies. We run no advertising trackers, no social media pixels and no cross site tracking of any kind. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner: under UK law we are only required to ask for consent if we store or read information on your device, and we do not. This policy explains what we do instead.
1. About this policy
This policy is issued by AnFiTest Ltd, company number 16301896, registered in England and Wales. It explains our use of cookies and similar technologies on anfitest.com and anfitest.co.uk.
It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains everything else we do with personal data and sets out your rights.
4. How we measure website usage instead
We want to know which pages people find useful, so we use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., who also host this website. We chose it specifically because it is privacy preserving:
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
- It does not use a persistent identifier, so a visitor cannot be recognised across days or across other websites.
- It does not track you across the internet and the data is never used for advertising.
- Your IP address is used only in transit to derive an approximate country and a temporary, hashed identifier for the day. It is not stored in the analytics data we can see.
What we can see is aggregated and anonymous:
| Collected | Not collected |
|---|---|
| Page visited and page views over time | Your name or email |
| Referring website or campaign | Your IP address |
| Approximate country | Your precise location |
| Device type, operating system and browser | Any cookie or device identifier |
| Aggregate counts and trends | Any profile of you as an individual |
Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, PECR regulation 6 does not require consent for this. Where any of it briefly amounts to personal data, our lawful basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in understanding which content is useful so we can improve the site. We have balanced that against your rights and consider the impact on your privacy to be minimal, given that we cannot identify you. You can object at any time by emailing contact@anfitest.co.uk.
5. Server logs and security
Like every website, ours is delivered by a server that records technical information about each request, including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. This happens automatically at the hosting layer, is not a cookie, and is strictly necessary to deliver the site to you and to keep it secure. Vercel Inc. holds these logs for a short operational period on our behalf.
6. Fonts and other third party content
The typeface used on this site is served from our own domain. It is downloaded and bundled when the site is built, so your browser makes no request to any third party font service and no data about you is shared with one.
If you submit your email address through our waitlist form, that submission is sent to Google, who store it for us. That is a form submission rather than a cookie, and it is covered in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
