Part Time Executive Assistant

At AnFiTest, we are developing rapid diagnostic technology for equine and livestock health. We are a fast growing early stage company founded a year ago.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Part Time Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role is central to keeping company operations, planning, and communications running smoothly as we scale.

This role suits someone with excellent organisational and people communication skills who enjoys responsibility, structure, and coordination. The role is expected to grow in hours and responsibility as the company expands.

You'll be doing

  • Supporting the Managing Director with day to day administration, planning, coordination, and emails.
  • Organising board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and document coordination.
  • Running and organising our focus group programme, including member coordination, scheduling sessions, and communications.
  • Booking travel and accommodation and preparing simple itineraries.
  • Leading logistics for events, investor meetings, and industry events.
  • Supporting general administration and compliance tasks.
  • Maintaining organised digital records and documentation.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Working as part of a fast growing startup team and adapting as needs evolve.

We're looking for

Essential

  • Evidence of advanced organisational skills and strong people communication skills.
  • Proactive and self directed working style.
  • Comfortable working in a fast changing startup environment.
  • High reliability and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Outlook, calendar systems, Excel or Google Sheets, Word, video meeting tools, and travel booking platforms.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.

Strongly desirable

  • Knowledge of the equine industry (personal experience is acceptable and valued).
  • Interest in equine, livestock, or agricultural sectors.
  • Previous experience supporting a senior leader or coordinating operations or events.
